Although CubeCart has been built with an easy installation system we do provide an optional installation service for those who are not so technically adept. This also comes with a months technical support access for any issues or question you may have after it has been done. We also have an installation guide which has been written for those with little or no experience of web mastery at all if you want to give it a try first. You may be surprised just how easy it is!

Installation Service Process
Every installation service purchased is carried out by a professional CubeCart developer to the highest standard following these steps:
- After the install service has been purchased an automated email will be sent to you which will ask you a few questions so that we can gain access to your web hosting account.
- Our developers will then login to the hosting account to make sure it meets CubeCarts requirement. If not they will advise on what can be done to make it compatible or recommend alternative hosting company to consider.
- Once they are happy that the hosting platform is suitable the developer will upload the files and run the installation script to configure the store and build the database tables.
- After the software has been installed the developer will reply back to your email with the store URL and a username and password to access the admin side of the store.
It is important to note that after the install has been completed it is up to the store owner to populate the stores inventory and configure any taxes, shipping or payment methods required. We will be pleased to assist with any questions or problems you have doing this. Our developers will not provide a custom store design as part of this service.
As part of our refund policy we regret that we are unable to provide a refund for our installation service as it covers the cost of our developers time which is not recoverable. If you find that for some reason you have a technical problem after the installation is complete please do not delete your store files or database as we will have to charge for another installation service. 99.9% of the time technical issues can be resolved quickly and easily without the need to reinstall the store.
