Transaction credits do NOT expire after a certain period, however if you cancel your account with us then they cannot refund any unused transactions. Their fees are in addition to any acquiring bank charges for your merchant account.

What to do next

What happens after they receive your Application?
Following your completed application, they will contact your bank, usually on the same day. They will then contact you to outline to you the next steps. If you already have a merchant number then they will contact your bank to make sure that it has been correctly set up for their UPG payment gateway. If you want to take payments over your web site then your merchant account will need to be enabled for Internet transactions but they will contact your bank to ensure that this has been done. If you have a merchant account just for mail order/telephone order payments you can still apply for their UPG service and they will contact your bank to request an Internet facility for your merchant account. This is all done for no extra charge.
