We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, PayPal & Direct Bank Transfer. Digital goods will be delivered immediately after payment has cleared.
We review all payments automatically and sometimes manually to protect both us the vendour and your the customer from fraud. As a result there is often a delay in processing your order of up to one business day or occasionally more in certain circumstances. If you order is placed during UK business hours it is likely to be activated/approved within an hour if it were to be held under review. Please submit a ticket to our sales department if you feel there is a problem or it has taken longer than stated here. Telephone Assistance
Our telephone number is provided on our contact us page and is only provided for queries concerning sales and billing. This number is not for technical support whether you are a registered customer or not and we will not provide technical assistance over the telephone. Please don't put us in the position were we have to tell you otherwise. Our telephone is only answered during office hours which again can be found on our contact us page. Please leave a message if you are confronted with an answer phone and we will get back to you at the first possible opportunity.
Ticket Helpdesk / Responses
We provide a ticket help desk which is only manned during office hours. Only our customers* have access to the support department once logged in and we cannot garantee to resolve your issues. There is no service level agreement (SLA) but we aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours.
Our support staff will help with the day to day usage of CubeCart and any technical issues which may be encountered. We will not provide assistance with hosting issues and customisation of coding or design.
* Customers are those who have purchased our products/services directly through our website. If your hosting company provides CubeCart via their web hosting control panel this is likely to be the free version. For this reason neither the hosting company or yourself will not be recognised as a customer.
Our Technical Support Pledge
As we do not charge ongoing fees for our products, they all come with an initial, specific period of technical support access time. When your support time has expired and you need to contact our staff, we promise that upon request we will refund any "Top-Up" support time purchased if your store runs the latest version of our software and the reported issue is caused by a bug in unmodified code.
Company Forums
Our forums are provided as a convenient place for customers and potential customers to interact. The forums are not part of our customer services and have been added as an extra benefit for like minded people to gather and share. If you need a guaranteed response you should always use helpdesk tickets. Please have a good read of our forum rules prior to posting topic/posts as failure to meet these can result in a permanent ban without warning.
