Guest tbladecki
I belive that on the postal order form method you have to change the order in the admin field to processing before the email will be sent.... try that and let me know if that does not let me know
Guest
Hi Have you guys resolved the email problem? I and others would seem to have very similar problems which I do not have with an old test site on the same host using Version 2! Can you give a bit more detail about the Admin field you mentioned? As far as my problem goes, I can change the “Order Status†and the buyer will get an email! But the buyer dose not get email when they make a purchase! The seller does get an email confirming a purchase! I think that processing and order confirmation on the fly are 2 different things! Am I wrong? john
