backing up

I'm a little clueless about backing up the table and sql data.

I get three options of :-

1. Structure Only

2. Structure and data

3. Data only.

I also get 4 check boxes

1. add 'drop table'

2. Complete inserts

3. extended inserts

4. Use backquotes and field names

What is the best options to use? is it best to do structure only and data separtly or choose the structure and data and have it in the one sql folder. Shall I also check all the check boxes. ;)

In response to your question, best to backup the whole structure and data. Structure is only a few lines, so it won't add much to the file.
