Guest timecrisis
Hi All, I have had this problem on other sites/servers before. But cannot find my original post. I am running 3.0.5 When I go to the login page of the admin - I enter username and pass _ the page refreshes and says that "No user session can be found" If I enter the wrong password then it displays the password error at the top. I cannot figure out what is causing this...Help!
Guest timecrisis
Hi All, i am bumping this as I am recieving this same error on a totally different server...I am now running 3.0.6... I basically cannot get past the admin login page...It just refreshes and stays at the login page. If I enter the wrong login details it shows the error at the top... I am suprised no one else is getting this error as it has occured randomly for me since 3.0.4 across various different servers..?? ;)
roban
Do you have the correct url stated in includes/global.inc as http://www.yoursite.com instead of http://yoursite.com and in your General Settings as well.
Guest timecrisis
Hi Roban, Yes it is set correcly in Global.inc.... As for in general settings, i will tell you when I can login again! =) Erm, I have been able to login before and this error seems to appear at random on various CC sites... I can login to other sites. It seems to come and go...I am going to get a friend to see if they can login when they come online...
Al Brookbanks
I've replied to your support ticket concerning this. I need your OS and version and admin access (well user/pass which should work).
Guest timecrisis
Thanks Brooky, Well basically the outcome is that it is probably something to do with my PC/Browser settings... If anyone else has this issue then let me know.. I was wondering if any PHP heads out there would know why my PC would be blocking this?... I am running Zonealarm and block various cookies. The strange thing is that it seems random in that I can login sometimes and sometimes not...Which is a pian obviously if I have to do something =) Any ideas much appreciated as always ;)
Al Brookbanks
I always found zone alarm a little too heavy and it may well be the cause.
