Protx - order status stuck at pending

Even though Protx is succesfully processing card payments, the order status isn't progressing to processing. It stays on pending.

I think this started happening since I upgraded to 3.0.12 a few months ago. Previously it seemed to work fine.

  • Protx is accepting payments succesfully as I get the payment notification e-mails from protx.
  • I can see the orders in CubeCart admin and if I manually change the orders to processing (and tick the send e-mail box), the customers receive an e-mail.

Any ideas why the order status isn't progressing to processing?
