Our beta testers can get their hands on it through their customer control panel. We will be releasing 4.0.0-Final in the second week of September. Full feature list to be announced ASAP. This is a release candidate which means it is considered to be production worthy. It has been thoroughly security audited for every type of known web application security threat and we are really proud to announce that it has also passed the PayPal US Pro Certification. Your certification document is outstanding! The general concensus around here is that this is hands-down one of the most thourough and complete submissions we've ever received, so be proud. The version also comes with a fully working PayPal Pro UK integration (using PayFlow Pro NVP 2.0) which is in the process or being certified by PayPal UK. Some brilliant new functionality comes with this. Sale or Authorizations with later fund capture, reauthorization and even the ability to refund PayPal payments directly through the admin control panel. You should rarely need login to www.paypal.com again. Before uploading the files from RC1 over your existing files please delete your /modules folder.
