xyncro
... ... this problem actually appears when you are trying to buy something that excides the weight that you have configured in the settings for shipping made By_Weight... in other words... you MUST have values for both 1st and 2nd class.. and the weight values within these values MUST be.. well pretty high.. an example would be if you use Kg: 0.10:8.80, 0.25:17.60, 0.50:26.40, 1:35.20, 2:52.80, 3:96.00, 5:112.00, 10:144.00, 15:176.00, 20:204.00, 30:408.00, 40:468.00, 50:612.00 the value before the : is the weight and the value after the : is the corresponding price to that specific weight value... note that all values need to be separated with commas... you get me..??? now you go check with your postoffice and get some kind of info with your weights vs prices and add it to those 2 fields as i just explained... the difference in 1st and 2nd class is what i guess express or economy.. which will give you 2 different values on both those fields where you add it... these values must be as i said in both 1st and 2nd class... then it ought to work... best of luck.. Guest Immortalis
I have the same problems. I have made everything correct as the instructions are telling. Sometimes it is working and I have checked all the products weights, and no one is higer than the maxium weight. Is this a bug or have I missed something? Expert help please.... Guest ambulanse
* BUMP * Someone help please! Have tried all the solutions listed in the threads I managed to find about this subject, and still can't seem to get it working. When I insert the figures in both 1. class and 2.nd class I get passed the "Cannot ship", but the total is not correct. These are my rates: 1.st class 0.10:22.00, 0.35:55.00, 1:99.00 2.nd class 1:58.00, 2:66.00, 3:68.00, 4:70.00, 5:74.00, 6:78.00, 7:82.00, 8:86.00, 9:90.00, 10:94.00 When I test-purchase a 1 kg product, the shipping cost should be 99.00 KR, but I get a total shipping of 152.52. My handling fee is set to 25.00 KR.
