» Technical Support

A number of support options are available to you. Chances are, if you find that you have a technical query, it has been dealt with before and there may already be a helpful solution to the problem you have.

  1. Knowledgebase

Our knowlegdebase contains a good search facility and a number of articles which covere the most common problems with a comprehensive solution. Our support staff add articles to this regularly in order for it become a more and more useful resource.

  2. Company Forums

We are fortunate enough to have a thriving community of CubeCart users who enjoy discussing ideas and technical problems. Please note that our company forums are a resource for customer to customer support. Our official support staff are not necessarily regular contributors. Any important announcements made there are also displayed on our homepage.

  3. Support Ticket Helpdesk

If you have not been able to find the soution to your problem, we have a number of professional technical support staff members who can help you. As we offer free and cost products, we can only provide official technical support to customers who have an active support plan. Normally a certain amount of technical support access time is allocated with each order.
If you do not have technical support access, or if your time has expired, we will need you to purchase "Top Up Technical Support" in order to raise a ticket. Once you have an active support plan an access code should be present in your customer control panel. If you wish to purchase support time it can be obtained via our ordering system.
