Remote Support Technicians

We are seeking support technicians to provide an exemplary standard of technical assistance to our valued merchants.

The role will involve;

• assistance with day to day usage of CubeCart.
• troubleshooting technical issues.
• performing installations, upgrades and web hosting migrations.
• assisting with minor coding customisations.
• providing general consultancy around CubeCart features and the industry in general.

Successful applicants will have;

• strong PHP, MySQL and client side development experience.
• a high standard of interpersonal skills with perfect English.
• experience of the CubeCart ecommerce package.
• their own computer equipment with reliable and fast internet connection.
• a good sense of humour!
