Auto Install/Upgrade
Click the thunderbolt () icon next to the package you wish to use for instructions.
Upload fr-FR.png in language/flags/
Upload email_fr-FR.xml in language/
Go to admin panel -> languages -> import lang and select fr-FR.xml and click 'submit' button.
