Refund Policy - We will refund any purchase made within 30 days if no technical support has been requested. Our staff will cancel your subscription for you on request and you will keep any remaining support time for the paid period. A cancellation request must be made at least two business days before the next bill is due. A 5% fee will be kept for refunds requested after subsequent term is billed where no support has been requested. This covers our payment processor fees which are not refunded back to us when a refund is processed to you. To request cancellation please email [email protected].
How to Cancel - Simply email [email protected] at least two business days before the next payment is due to let us know and we will cancel the subscription without question or hesitation.
