      1 For development services such as basic layout changes or adding user supplied graphics for up to one hour per month at our staff's discretion.
      2 Commercial extensions from 3rd party developers may need to be purchased first.
      3 Our setup fee covers the time it takes to create your account, establish a connection, take a backup and, if required, upgrade your store to the latest version. This fee is waived on our plans that have a longer commitment time.

Refund Policy - We will refund any technical support purchase made within 7 days of the first billing cycle if no technical support services have been provided. A 5% fee will be held to cover our payment processing fees which are not recoverable. No refund request will be accepted for subsequent billing cycles or after the first seven days of the first one.

How to Cancel - Simply email [email protected] at least two business days before the next billing cycle is due and we will cancel the subscription without question. You will keep any remaining support time for the paid period.
